Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
General Policies
When you attend an Arizona Philharmonic event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites. You further waive all rights you may have to any claims in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting broadcasting, web casting, or other publication.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Arizona Philharmonic).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
